well i’m hoping there’s an age limit, hopefully 13.
but if there isnt, i dont know what respectable parent would allow that.
Its according to age and what state you live in.
no its illegal. but i know some kids did it without their parent permission. cause they got some hook up. how old are you?
yes. you MUST have parental consent and usually a parent has to be present as well. for tattoos, i think you have to be at least 16, but the rules can vary from shop to shop too. some places refuse to tattoo or pierce minors, regardless of whether you have parental consent or not.
if a shop is willing to tattoo or pierce you without parental consent, DON’T DO IT.
Depends how old the child is, and what piercing they want. A tattoo artist wouldn’t go near a child, but a body piercer could probably pierce your ear lobes if a parent was present.
In the United States, no one under the age of 18 can get a tattoo regardless of parental consent, not at any licensed, clean establishment anyway.
Piercings vary. From my experience many places allow piercings such as belly button, eyebrow, nose, etc… with parents around ages 13 or 16.
Ear piercings are permitted with a parent pretty much regardless of age.
Your best bet is to call a local tattoo/piercing shop and ask what their rules are.
Good Luck!
